Please carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval for any reason, you may return or exchange it no questions asked. Take your time you have a 14 day inspection period after receiving your shipment. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). All other returns shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must have an RMA number so we can track your return. Contact us by email or phone at 1.877.392.7667 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items must be returned in new (unused) condition with all instruction manuals, warranty cards and accessories. They must be in their original retail package. Please remember to include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on it. Also include a short note letting us know if you would like a refund or exchange. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Items received by us which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect and or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer, or the refund will be adjusted accordingly in the event that we issue a refund under these circumstances. Special orders, closeouts, and products sold "as is" cannot be returned.

No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D. security and safety supply is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping. All sales are final after 14 days, Please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues, after the 14 day inspection time. We will be more then happy to assist you in this process and in many cases we can exchange the product for you quick and easy.
