The Royal Guard™ offers the ultimate in comfort, durability, and versatility. Worn inside the pants, it allows real-world concealment of even a large defensive pistol.
Made with the rough side of the leather facing out for the greatest degree of stability, the Royal Guard’s innovative design creates a smooth leather pocket reinforced for sturdiness and protection, while also permitting unrestricted movement and easy reholstering. Combat grip accessibility, essential for speed, rounds out this most versatile of inside the pants holsters. The open top, combat-style Scout™ is rough side out to provide additional stability.
This design also provides a smooth leather holster pocket for a faster, smoother feel on the draw. The Scout carries the handgun in a vertical orientation, with no cant or angle, so it can be used strong side, crossdraw, or in front of the hip (appendix carry).

Designed with the rough side of the leather on the outside, it keeps a layer of smooth, supple leather against your handgun. A reinforced thumb break is featured on most models, while the holster for the S&W J Frame hammerless revolvers features an adjustable tension unit.
A sturdy injection-molded nylon clip locks the holster onto the belt. The Waistband holster carries the handgun in a vertical orientation, with no cant or angle, so it can be used strong side, crossdraw, or in front of the hip (appendix carry). Constructed of premium glove-tanned harness leather, the Waistband fits belts up to 13/4".

This Galco premium horsehide holster is designed for front pocket carry in pants or a jacket. A quality pocket holster will meet the following three requirements: 1. It keeps the firearm in the same general position so you can quickly locate the grip when you need to draw. 2. It conceals the shape of the gun so that its outline is not printed through the pants. (This is why we do not use our standard deep molding on this model.) 3. It allows one-handed release of gun from both pocket and holster. This model accomplishes that by hooking and catching one of two leather hooks on the top of the holster into your pocket corner when you draw your firearm. With practice (use an unloaded firearm) you can draw the firearm while the holster remains in your pocket or falls away (in the proper pants). The holster is made with smooth leather inside against the gun for easy release, and the rough side out against the pocket for retention of holster in the pocket. This holster is ambidextrous and available in natural finish.
Draw-EZ™ is applied to the inside of your leather holster to shorten the break-in period and to provide a slicker draw. When applied sparingly to the interior surface of the leather pocket Draw-EZ will not be absorbed by the leather, alter the fit of the holster, or harm the finish on either the firearm or the holster.
Galco's Leather Lotion and Conditioner is specially formulated to gently clean, condition and preserve finished naked and exotic leathers. The special wax free formula removes surface dirt and provides water resistance.
