The Coyote™ specifications are as follows: U.S. made tactical vest designed to be worn over the uniform for military use and police special operations and SWAT missions where a high level of protection is required.
Provides the highest level of soft body armor protection against penetration from 9mm full metal jacket pistol and sub-machine gun and .44 magnum hollow point pistol rounds, certified at NIJ Level IIIA at up to 1430 fps velocities.
Provides NIJ Certified Level IIIA soft body armor at the front and back, as well as overlapped on the sides to ensure a 360 degree level of protection for the wearer.
No other vest provided to military or security forces can make that statement at a comparable price.
Is fully adjustable, to accommodate wearers from XS to XL in size. The Coyote™ adjusts for height and girth; and features inner support elastic waist band for maximum adjust ability and comfort.
2XL, 3XL, and 4XL sizes available at increased cost. Side-and-shoulder closings include redundant, heavy duty Velcro-like hook and loop closings, as well as squeeze/snap closures at the waist and shoulders.
Outer shell material is a manufactured of MilSpec BLACK, 600 denier, coated Nylon®. Front and rear hard armor plate pockets are designed for access from the interior of the vest, and are equipped with bot tom , sewn drain holes to rapidly to drain unwanted water, when 10x12" Level III or IV hard armor plates are desired as a component of this vest to provide maximum protection from rifle fired projectiles. Side hard armor plate pockets are integrated in the vest’s design to allow for insert of 5x8" hard armor plate upgrades, if desired by the wearer.
Supplementary interior mesh pocket allows the wearer to carry the accessory components on his body when not wearing them.
"Man Down" drag strap at the rear top of the vest for evacuation, if required.
Full 360 degree, top-to-bot tom nylon MOLLE® webbing is provided on the sides, front and back of the vest, allowing the wearer to carry mission equipment (holster, pouches, radios, etc.) where they are most comfortable for him, and in the most advantageous mission compatible locations.
Has two Velcro-like loop side-to-side bands, positioned at the top and between the two top MOLLE® webbing bands at the front and back for placement of removable "POLICE" or other identifying, Velcro-hook-backed insignia.
Designed by the principal designer of the Interceptor vests used by the US Military, and developed for maximum protection and modularity that is equal to, or superior to, those aspects of the Interceptor.
Level IIIA ballistics are warranted for 5 years; outer carrier for 1 year
WARRANTY
This Body Armor Vest is made in accordance with a strict Quality Control Program. The Outer shell is guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from date of issue. The Ballistic Panels are guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship for five (5) years from date of issue. In the event such a defect is found, return the vest to Security pro USA.
Security Pro in its discretion will repair or replace the defected part or the entire vest.
THE WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL USER-PURCHASER.
Warranty is void if you fail to follow the washing and care instructions recommended by the manufactorer or if the vest is subject to abuse or abnormal use.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
